Why it matters to Spotify users

  • You no longer need to create your playlists from scratch: In the past, switching to Spotify meant manually recreating playlists or relying on third-party tools. With this integration, Spotify does the heavy lifting.
  • Unlimited transfers: Unlike some free third-party services that limit the number of songs or playlists you can transfer, Spotify’s in-app solution supports unlimited transfers.
  • Better customization: Once your playlists are on Spotify, they are fed directly into Spotify’s recommendation algorithms. This means custom features like Daylist and Release Radar instantly become smarter.
  • More to do with your music: Once imported, you can update your playlists by inviting friends to collaborate, design custom covers, or add transitions between songs if you’re a premium user.
