The countdown to the boys The fifth season has officially begun. Prime Video has even confirmed the release date for the fifth and final chapter in the hit series, and we won’t have to wait long.
Announced yesterday (December 6) under the boysDuring the Brazil Comic-Con (CCXP) 2025 panel, it was announced that the last hurray for the popular TV series would begin the April 8, 2026. It will also kick off with a two-part premiere, before new entries are released each week until the final episode drops on May 20.

That’s not all there is for fans of one of Prime Video’s best shows. As you can see above, the first trailer for this season has also been revealed, and as expected, it shows a dark ending for the Amazon TV original.
We already had a feeling that this would be the case. the boys A few days ago, the first posters for the fifth season appeared. But based on this trailer, it looks like the popular satirical superhero franchise is entering heart-wrenching, terrifying, disturbing and explosively epic territory in full swing.
There are also many things that provoke. Perhaps the biggest surprise ahead is our first official look at Jared Padalecki’s mysterious character. This was confirmed in February. boys 5 we do it Supernatural Reunion sees Padalecki and Misha Collins join Jensen Ackles, who returns as Soldier Boy, in the show’s final season. But despite a few brief glimpses of Padalecki’s character, we’re unsure of his identity.
