  • Amazfit may have accidentally revealed its future Active Max connected watch
  • The product sheet revealed new details.
  • It also included pictures of the device in real life.

Amazfit Active 2 has already surprised with its quality, achieving the highest rating in our test and being praised as one of the best cheap smartwatches. This time, the manufacturer seems to aim higher with a premium model: Amazfit Active Max. And a new leak has just revealed more about this upcoming device.

Unexpectedly, this leak came neither from an anonymous tipster nor from an expert analyst. It seems to come directly from Amazfit itself, which adds a lot to its credibility.

It all started by accidentally posting an unfinished product sheet on the Amazfit site, which has since been removed. This concept included several data and images suggesting that the Active Max would support contactless payments via Zepp Pay and have a 576 mAh battery that would provide up to 25 days of battery life. The watch would also monitor many health and fitness indicators such as sleep quality, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. It would also integrate the BioCharge energy monitoring feature.

It’s not the first time we talk about the Amazfit Active Max. The day before, the leaker Roland Quandt shared some interesting detailsand said the watch will have a 1.5-inch OLED display, Bluetooth 5.3 support, and water resistance to a depth of 50 meters. The mispublished document appears to confirm some of these elements, while debunking others.

No release date announced

Amazfit Active 2 offers impressive features for a price of 129.90 euros. If the newcomer positions itself more in the high-end segment, rumors indicate a reasonable price in Europe around 169.90 euros.

With a price in this range, the Active Max would be well below the Apple Watch SE 3, which costs €269.00, which is one of the affordable benchmarks on the market right now. The two models won’t be identical in terms of features, but users looking for a powerful smartwatch without spending a lot of money may be tempted by the Active Max when it officially launches.

Currently, no date has been announced on the product sheet. It remains to be seen when Amazfit will officially unveil its new watch. This may arouse public interest.
