Motorola says Edge 70 owners can watch videos for 29 hours on a full charge and 38 hours with mixed use. In terms of charging, the device supports fast wired charging at 68 watts, compared to 25 watts for the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air. It also supports 15W wireless charging.

The Edge 70 has three high-definition cameras:

Water and dust resistance
Motorola Edge comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water ingress. This is comparable to the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, iPhone 16 e series GooglePixel10 All with IP68 protection as standard.

However, it is still unclear whether ultra-thin phones will be attractive in the long term. Thinner phones have disadvantages, including: shorter battery life and fewer camera functions.
“The challenge for phone manufacturers is to limit these compromises so that thin phones can be more attractive to more people,” Al-Heeti said.
