Deep Silver and King Art Games have released a new trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4showcases an epic campaign and the playable Dark Angels faction.
Set near the beginning of the game’s main story, co-written with Black Library writer John French, the trailer opens with a war taking place on the planet Kronus and a look at how the Blood Ravens, led by Captain Cyrus and Chief Librarian Jonah Orion, came to orbit Earth.
A chaotic battle ensues against the warlord Gorgutz and his orcs, and both factions end up on the planet, where the other orc chief, Guzcutta, is already waiting.
We also get a look at other characters on the planet, including Chronomancer Thotmek, the start of a Necron invasion, and the arrival of the Dark Angels, the first Space Marine Legion to answer the call of the Blood Ravens.
In for the first time dawn of war The story allows players to play as two Space Marine Chapters, including the Dark Angels, one of the two Space Marine factions in this game, and has its own playable commanders, Company Master Astoran and Chaplain Ezrael.
During the Space Marine campaign, players complete missions led by Blood Ravens and Dark Angels and can choose which missions to undertake.
Each faction will also have its own playstyle: Blood Ravens prefer smaller conflicts that require cunning and stealth, while Dark Angels bring their full force to the battlefield.
