Among the improvements, the notorious corrupted save file bug on PS5 has been rectified by increasing the maximum save file size limit. Additionally, numerous quest-related glitches have been fixed, including delays in crucial phone calls essential to the main storyline.

Phantom Liberty, the expansion itself, receives specific attention in this patch. During the ‘You Know My Name’ quest, Reed now correctly appears in his party attire during the dialogue with Songbird. The problem of V getting stuck at the sniper nest, obstructing quest progression, has been resolved.

Following the game’s launch, the REDmod feature was disabled to prevent disruptions. However, with patch 2.01, CD Projekt Red has reintroduced full REDmod support.
