Currently, the August 2023 update appears to be a security patch. It’s uncertain if noteworthy new features will come with this update, especially for S20 FE. SamMobile adds that Samsung hasn’t disclosed the fixed security flaws in the latest update.

Meanwhile, Galaxy S20 FE and S23 owners in those regions can go to Settings > Software update > Check for update to download the new update.

Expectations are for Samsung to release One UI 6 (Android 14) beta this month. A Galaxy S23 FE launch is also anticipated, though the timing is unclear. Previous renders and rumors suggest S23 FE will resemble Galaxy S23 in design and run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for U.S. and Exynos 2200 for other regions, including India.
