The multiplayer shooter faced login problems post-launch on February 8, despite a server capacity boost to 360,000 during maintenance.
A new PC patch released on February 12 aimed to tackle the issues but was swiftly withdrawn due to a significant performance drop, as reported on the game’s official Discord server. However, the update successfully launched on PS5 on February 13, addressing server capacity, login access, and progression problems.
The cause of PC performance degradation remains unspecified, with no clear timeline for the reinstatement of the PC patch. Arrowhead assured PS5 players of smooth gameplay with the latest update. PC users are advised to await fixes, with Arrowhead investigating the issue.
