With the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 officially launched, attention shifts to the upcoming Galaxy flagship phones. The priciest model, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, may sport a new design.
According to @UniverseIce (via Android Authority), the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature an asymmetrical frame, rounded at the back and straighter at the front where the screen is. This design aims to enhance comfort while holding the phone. The middle frame and bezels are also narrower, making the phone nearly as wide as the Galaxy S24, measuring about 70.6 mm compared to the S24 Ultra’s 79 mm.
The Galaxy S25 series is anticipated to debut in January 2025, with finalized designs for the standard, Plus, and Ultra models.
What to Expect from the Galaxy S25
So far, details about the Galaxy S25 phones are sparse, but that’s likely to change soon. Rumors suggest upgrades for some of the four rear cameras on the Ultra model.
Unofficial renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s front don’t reveal much, indicating a design similar to the current model. Before the Galaxy S25 launch, Google’s 2024 flagship Android phones are set to debut. The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro will be unveiled at a launch event on Tuesday, August 13.
