Find Hub, developed by Google to track your devices, has gotten a lot better in recent years, and it looks like Android users will soon be getting some new trackers that they can link to items they don’t want to lose.

First of all the complainants Repeater 002 visited the Chinese social media site Weibo (via Check the notebook) suggests that we will soon have a Xiaomi Tag device, as well as a new watch and new wireless headphones from the company.

This would be the first time Xiaomi has released such a location tracker, which is a little surprising: the Chinese manufacturer makes almost every other type of wearable device and of course some of the best Android phones on the market.

We don’t get much more information here, but the tracker is expected to support higher and more accurate ultra-broadband technology and could launch alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra phone on Friday, December 26.

A sequel to MotoTag

Our second leaked tracker is a sequel to the original Moto Tag: according to the folks at Android titleswho managed to capture a promotional image of the Moto Tag 2, this updated device finder is already on its way.

Like its Xiaomi counterpart, it is likely to offer UWB support and beige and orange options will be available as per the leaked image. Greater precision and feel is expected, as well as IP67 water resistance.

The Moto Tag 2 may also compete with the Xiaomi Tag when it launches alongside a phone. That phone is the Motorola Moto G Stylus 2026, also revealed by Android Headlines and expected in April, May or June next year.

If you want to track your assets through Google’s Find Hub, you should have some interesting new options to choose from in the coming months. Pricing is yet to be confirmed, but the Moto Tag will cost around $40 / £30 / AU$55.
