Not so long ago, Samsung unveiled its future triple-folding smartphone for the first time. However, the aircraft was positioned behind a window and had very limited visibility. A South Korean media company posted a video that offers a more detailed view, but without direct editing.
OMG Elettronica and SubusuNews (via Notebook control) published a Videos on YouTubewhich specifically lets you see the thickness of the bezels around the Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold display.
These bezels appear significantly wider than the Galaxy Z Fold 7 or other high-end models. A disappointing surprise considering that this future model promises to be one of the most expensive phones in the world. However, this is Samsung’s first triple smartphone and subsequent versions are likely to benefit from a more advanced design.
The video also shows that the two fold-out parts of the screen fold inward. When closed, the main screen is fully protected. This process is reminiscent of the Galaxy Z Fold series, unlike the Huawei Mate XT, whose folding leaves a third of the screen visible and acts as a protection.
This choice ensures that the Mate XT’s screen is more susceptible to shocks, but you can do without a second screen. In contrast, Samsung’s Galaxy Tri-Fold has its own screen on the cover.

Large screens and slim design
Among other observable elements, we highlight that the cover screen would be around 6.5 inches, while the foldable screen would reach 10 inches.
Unfolded, the device can even be thinner than the 4.2 mm of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. But when folded, the thickness would easily exceed 8.9 mm of the Fold 7. No surprise: this model has three panels, compared to two in the Fold series.
Finally, the triple-lens photo setup appears to be identical to the Galaxy Z Fold 7. So it’s possible that the integrated sensors are the same: a 200MP main module, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Two cameras are also visible in the holes, one on the foldable screen and the other on the cover screen.
Currently, most of the technical features of the Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold are still unknown, as well as the price and the name. However, a leak suggests the name “Samsung Galaxy TriFold”.
All this information should be clarified very soon. The device has already been widely revealed and has passed Bluetooth certification, leading to speculation that it will be launched soon.
