On Wednesday, an array of fresh Google hardware is poised to debut, alongside enticing new hues for the Google Pixel Buds Pro, as early images reveal.
Render specialist @OnLeaks and The Tech Outlook (via 9to5Google) have provided us with previews of these earbuds in ‘Bay Blue’ and ‘Porcelain’ shades – a serene blue and a soft off-white.
Currently, the Pixel Buds Pro palette encompasses Charcoal (dark gray), Fog (pale gray), Lemongrass (pale yellow-green), and Coral (a pinkish-orange). Aside from the fresh colors, no other alterations are anticipated for the Pixel Buds Pro.
These color choices aren’t arbitrary, as they are likely to align with the color options for the upcoming Google Pixel 8. In the past, the Pixel Buds A were introduced in a Sea Blue shade to complement the Pixel 7a.
Prior Rumors
This development isn’t entirely unexpected, as previous reports and images have hinted at new hues for the Pixel Buds Pro. Therefore, it would be surprising if the wireless earbuds didn’t receive an update in the coming week.
In fact, there’s speculation that the Pixel Buds Pro might be bundled with a Pixel 8 offer. One rumor suggests that those purchasing the Pixel 8 Pro may receive a complimentary Pixel Watch 2, a tactic Google employed last year.
Undoubtedly, the spotlight will be on the Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel Watch 2 at Google’s October 4 event. While Google has confirmed the imminent release of these devices, we’re still awaiting official details.
Those specifics are set to be unveiled on Wednesday, and there may be additional surprises beyond the new Pixel Buds Pro colors – we’ll provide live coverage. As of now, however, there’s no indication of an impending release for the Pixel Buds Pro 2.
